Personalised Antenatal Programme
Antenatal preparation, built around you.
There is no one way to prepare for birth.
Our Personalised Antenatal Programme gives you dedicated one-to-one time to prepare in a way that feels right for you and your family.
Price per couple: £280
It’s a chance to ask your own questions, talk through worries properly and understand your options without feeling rushed. We’ll spend time on the things that matter most to you, whether that’s feeling anxious about birth, understanding induction or caesarean birth, making sense of your choices, preparing your partner, feeding, or simply knowing what to expect when your baby arrives.
There’s no set agenda you have to fit into. We start with you.
Your programme
Around 10 hours of individual antenatal preparation, arranged around your schedule and held in the comfort of your own home.
Together we’ll decide what you need from our time. You’ll have the space to ask questions as they arise, explore your choices and make plans that feel realistic and right for your family.
What we can explore together:
Birth:
Understanding labour and what to expect
Your choices and preferences
Pain relief
Induction and interventions
Caesarean birth
Birth planning
Reducing fear and anxiety around birth
Your Birth Partner:
Understanding what you need from them
Practical ways they can support you
Helping them feel prepared and involved too
Life with your baby:
Physical and emotional recovery
Feeding your baby
Looking after and settling a newborn
Preparing siblings and family
Planning for the early weeks at home
And anything else that matters to you.
Something more personal:
This programme can be particularly valuable if you’re feeling worried or anxious about birth, have had a previous difficult experience, don’t feel comfortable in a group, or simply want more individual support than a traditional antenatal course can offer.
You don’t need to arrive knowing what questions to ask.
That’s part of our job.
We’ll help you make sense of the information, talk through the things that are worrying you and make decisions that feel considered and right for your family.
So when the time comes, you don’t just have more information.
You feel prepared.
