Our pregnancy relaxation course is designed to give you the space to unwind and relax in a calming environment, where you will learn the skills of mindful breathing.
Each session we explore a pregnancy/birth related topic and guide you through a deeply restful relaxation.
This will leave you feeling calm, peaceful and connected to your baby.
This 4 week course is designed for any stage of pregnancy.
